Wyndham Grand Istanbul Europe Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Grand. The long stay suite was perfect for our family, and having a washing machine saved us from expensive laundry services. The pool and spa were fantastic, and the daily cleaned room had everything we needed. The room was big, clean, and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel amenities, like the gym and pool, were impressive. We also liked the proximity to Mall of Istanbul and Outlet 212.

The location was prime and handy, very close to airport, the biggest shopping mall and Istanbul.

This hotel offered exclusive amenities and luxurious services that fulfilled my needs. the staff provided excellent service and were very helpful, especially the reception who arranged a special package for me. the spa centre was a great relaxing option with a variety of treatments such as massages and beauty treatments.

Our stay near the mall was convenient with several shopping centers around. We found a lot of tourist attractions within a short distance of the hotel. Helpful staff, convenient location close to business district, quiet surroundings, comfortable rooms and great breakfast with plenty of options. Nearby coffee shops and restaurants provide additional amenities. Highly recommended.

Having arrived late at night, we were actually surprised by the warm and friendly welcome we received at the reception desk. The staff were very good too make our stay special, fulfilling a request for a chocolate cake that was so good in both taste and presentation. Throughout our stay, the staff in all areas of the hotel were friendly and took ownership of any challenges that arose.

The room was very comfortable with a jacuzzi and a great view. The hotel is close to the airport and offers late check-out without extra charge. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering us a non-smoking suite and a plate of fruits as a gesture of goodwill. There are also nearby restaurants with reasonable rates.
